THE SIMPLE RULE OF FOUNDATION 

1.     Foundation should cater to the skin, NOT the product itself.  WHAT THE HECK DOES THIS MEAN???!!!  The point of foundation is to make the skin appear perfect without the appearance of wearing any makeup at all.

2.     Color should come from blush or lipstick, NOT the foundation.

3.     Foundation is the MOST individualized makeup you wear, whereby one size DOES NOT fit all!

4.     The 4 common types of foundations are:

a.liquid

b.cream

c.wet/dry

d.tinted moisturizer

5.     When choosing a color, the rule of thumb is:  if it disappears on your face, THEN you know it’s the right color.
